All of our battery cable sets are made with welding cable which makes it easier to bend the wire in tight spaces in both warm and cold climates. Additionally, our battery cables have tin-plated copper lugs. The tin-plated lugs will reduce the likelihood of corrosion, allowing the connection to last longer. Also, all battery cables have dual wall adhesive lined heat shrink on each lug. This battery cable set is manufactured in the USA.

We offer three different wire sizes for our golf cart battery cable sets: 4 AWG, 2 AWG, and 1/0 AWG. (In order from smallest to largest) If you're keeping your golf cart stock, we recommend the smaller gauge (4 AWG) for most carts. Check with your manufacturer if you are unsure about the current gauge. If you are upgrading your cart, a larger gauge (2 AWG or sometimes 1/0 AWG) may be needed depending on how much power you're planning on pulling from the battery.
